• one way is when people pay the puzzling fee, work on a jigsaw puzzle and then they let me help them with their puzzle
• another way is when they participate in my various events
• I especially enjoy when people fully participate in my events, such as going all out at the puzzle competition and staying until they finished the puzzle, never giving up
• it is really helpful when someone comes in around lunch time or dinner time and offer to get me something to eat at a nearby restaurant
