So blogs are supposed to be written consistently...?
By malbitz on 10/13/2009 7:38 PM
So I've heard a few times recently that you should blog on a consistent schedule so when people are reading your blog, they know when to expect new content. Well folks, I'm just not that consistent, so I wonder how much will that hurt me.

I almost lost the Missing Piece to my Peace of Mind
By malbitz on 8/20/2009 5:42 PM

How I almost lost the Missing Piece to my Peace of Mind:

1) Downward Spiral - Arrived at Jigsaw Java yesterday morning, feeling stressed and realized that I have not been very happy or having that much fun in all that I have been doing recently.

2) Remembered that I am the only person who can make me happy, so I stopped the downward spiral right away and started doing things that make me happy: arranging flowers that my husband grows for me; getting a cup of French Vanilla coffee, had very pleasant conversations with a few people; the next thing you know, customers starting coming in to the store starting with a 10 year old girl who's dream is to work in a jigsaw puzzle store when she grows up. How cool is that?

End result: I am truly happy today and will focus on being happy and having more fun in the future.

How much fun can you have at Jigsaw Java?
By malbitz on 6/26/2009 5:16 PM

Jigsaw Java is an amazing, fun place. We have such interesting people that come to share their love for jigsaw puzzles, everything from young kids and families to great-grandparents.

A woman from Los Angeles area stopped in yesterday. She had just graduated from graduate school and wanted something calming, relaxing and fun to do and saw our listing in the San Mateo County Convention and Visitor's Bureau Guide. Like most other people who come to Jigsaw Java, they have a hard time leaving.
