What would you do with a 24,000 piece puzzle? Minimize

  • Give it to someone you don't like that you know who likes puzzles. (Then live in fear of the payback)
  • Find a public place to work on it so that anyone who came by could work on it - maybe somewhere in city hall
  • Just gather some friends to help you with it
  • Once it's done glue it of course and find a wall at least 5' high and 14' wide (the puzzle's dimensions when completed)
  • Have a puzzling marathon for at least a week at Jigsaw Java, where you can have cots set up for people to take naps, call for food to be delivered and see how long people can last working on this huge puzzle

But the best suggestion of all was from John Seybert who suggested that Jigsaw Java host a Puzzle-a-Thon where people get sponsors for their participation to raise money for a good cause.

Please let me know what you think of these ideas.
