Jigsaw Puzzle Building Competition

Jigsaw Java is pleased to announce our second Jigsaw Puzzle Building Competition. The first contest was a huge success and this competition will be even better. Here are the details (you can also view our Puzzle Competition Flyer):

The Challenge	The First Team To Complete a 1,000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle Is The Winner
The Prize	First Place Team Wins $500 Cash Prize, 2nd and 3rd Place teams win $100 in Gift Certificates
The Teams	There Will Be 20 Teams Of 4 Puzzle-Builders. You can register as a team of 4 or as an individual. We will create teams from individual registrations. The first 80 to register will compete! There is a cost of $15 per registrant, so a team of 4 will cost $60.
The Event	Saturday, September 4, 2010. The competition starts at 10:00 AM sharp,sign in starts at 9:00am. Festivities will be from 10:00am to 4:00pm.   Deseo Tequila Lounge is our Food Sponsor for the event and they will provide contestants needed food and drink to keep their puzzle-building skills at peak efficiency! The City of Redwood City is also a sponsor of the puzzle competition. During the event there will be live demonstrations by artisans hand-cutting wooden puzzles.
Where?	Jigsaw Java, 846 Main St., Redwood City. The competition will be outdoors and the puzzle tables will have an umbrella to provide shade.
Table Risers	Each team can order table risers for their puzzle table for just $20. This raises the table from the standard 29" to a more comfortable 38" and is easier on the back.
Visitors Are Welcome	Come watch your favorite team, enjoy building a puzzle of your own, watch artisans hand-cut wooden puzzles, and much more.
